Series Genl Info: The scripted nature of the show forces a redefinition of the term "reality television" to the extent that the cast are not "true" actors as the show follows the lives of several young, affluent Chelsea socialites. Made in Chelsea is mostly shot in the West London areas of Belgravia, Kings Road, and Knightsbridge as well as occasionally featuring other locations such as Dubai, Finland, and the south of France.The show was renewed for a 10-episode second series as part of E4's decision to stop airing Friends and filming began on 29 July 2011. The second series premiered Monday 19 September 2011 and was followed by a reunion episode presented by Rick Edwards, and a 90-minute Christmas Special, which aired on 22 December 2011. A 10-episode third series was confirmed on 21 November 2011 and began airing on 2 April 2012.
